Ingredients:
6 long bread rolls
100g butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup tomato puree
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 x 225g can pineapple pieces, drained
a pinch of dried basil
300g grated Mozzarella cheese*
2 capsicums finely diced
200g diced chicken
a pinch of sugar

Preparation time: 20 min
Baking time: 12 min
Ingredients:
6 long bread rolls
100g butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup tomato puree
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 x 225g can pineapple pieces, drained
a pinch of dried basil
300g grated Mozzarella cheese*
2 capsicums finely diced
200g diced chicken
a pinch of sugar
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 celcius.
- Cut each roll in half lengthwise and brush both sides with melted butter.
- Combine tomato puree and paste, herbs and sugar and spread on rolls.
- Add grated cheese, capsicum, chicken and pineapple on top.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Serve hot
